Service Agreement
Our Service Agreement gives customers coverage as well as preferred customer status allowing them to receive service before non-agreement customers. They also have the option to select what type of coverage is best for them depending on their systems:
- Gold: Offers Inspection and cleaning of the system where the service, labor, and repair parts are all covered by the plan. Please note: This plan is not available on units installed before 2014.
- Silver: Offers inspection and cleaning of the system where the service and labor are covered by the plan.
- Bronze: Offers the Inspection and cleaning service only.
